During our time here in Texas, we have seen many funny church names, including (but definitely not limited to!), “Empowering Life Church“, “INFUSION Church”, “Victorious Living Church”, “Successful Life Church” (notice a theme here?) and one of my personal favorites, ” John Calvin Presbyterian Church” (now THAT’S just calling it was it is!).
But this one that we saw today on our way back from Corsicana takes the cake. At least for a while, until we find something worse.
Just imagine the conversation:
“Hi! Where do you go to church?”
“I go to That Church.”
“What Church?”
“THAT Church”.
“Where? I don’t see any church!”
“You know, THAT Church!”
Good grief.
