One of my favorite activities that we did on our 3 week vacation in CA was to hike along the CA coast, about 30 minutes from my parents’ house. This trail is called the Harmony Headlands Park, and it is one of our family’s favorite hiking spots.
CA got a lot of rain in the past month or so (bringing the drought level from “worst in recorded history to just “bad”), so it was nice and green on the hike. It was also around 60 degrees and sunny– not too cold for December 31st! What a great way to end the year.
